Just a side note regarding the plan: we have made changes to improve the 2 bathrooms and the kitchen.
The kitchen is much larger (5m70 cooking space), the shower cabin of the Masterbedroom much larger too, and we have fitted the 2nd bathroom with a nice shower and a double sink composition for a better comfort.



Magnolia Residence


The apartment is located in the new completed Magnolia Residence (a little over 1year-old), on the 3rd and last floor, with a unique open view on the whole West side of the apartment.

The apartment (3A) is 123 m2, with 2 terraces (South and South west orientated), large sliding windows and a nicely designed high ceiling (up to 4 meters) for a feeling of volume and space. It is organized as following:
